General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
Our company operates exclusively on the basis of the German Freight Forwarders’ Standard Terms and Conditions 2017 (ADSp 2017).
The ADSp 2017 limit liability in clause 23 for loss or damage of goods according to § 431 of the German Commercial Code (HGB) to 8.33 Special Drawing Rights (SDR) per kilogram per claim or event, for multimodal transport including sea carriage to 2 SDR per kilogram, and further to a maximum of 1.25 million euros per claim and 2.5 million euros per event, but at least 2 SDR per kilogram.
